The goal is to remove non-native forsythia and replant with native blackberry bushes. I, along with other people, chopped and removed forsythia bushes. The stumps remain and should be dug out so blackberry bushes can be planted. English ivy also grows there and needs to be removed before the next stage of planting an orchard of fruit trees. Experience helpful but not needed. Pay $22/hour. Location is on Nottingham Road, between Radcliffe and Old Casho Mill Road, easy walking or biking distance to campus. All tools provided. Great if you can bring gardening gloves.
